The Columbia Area Small Business Development Center will offer a three part Quick Books Training Seminar. Part 1 will be held August 9, Part 2 will be held August 16, and Part 3 will be held August 23. Each seminar will cost $45.00, and all seminars will be held at 1225 Laurel Street, Columbia, S.C., 4th floor conference room. Free parking is available.
Part 1 will teach setting up your business in QuickBooks, Basic Functions, Entering Transactions and Basic Reports.
Part 2 will teach Payroll using QuickBooks, Payroll Reports, and 1099s.
Part 3 will teach increase use of function, Job Costing – which products are most profitable, managing your business using QuickBooks, Key Reports, and putting it all together.
The presenter will be Erin Long, CPA, MBA of Erin Long Accounting and Consulting, LLC. Erin owns a small business consulting company in Chapin, SC. She is a certified QuickBooks Pro Adviser, and acts as a CFO for many of her clients. Her focus is finance; however, she also consults on every aspect of running a business; her company slogan says it best: “Helping Small Businesses Put the Pieces Together”.
