Columbia, SC (WLTX)- The Leadership Columbia Class of 2012 has come together to help the Free Medical Clinic better serve the uninsured in the Midlands.
The Leadership Columbia program, which is facilitated by the Greater Columbia Chamber of Commerce, brings together future leaders from various backgrounds in an effort to enhance their civic knowledge and network.
“Right now, the topic of healthcare is something that can’t be avoided,” said Rania Jamieson, a member of the LC Class of 2012. “We believe that is project isn’t only timely, but it’s necessary as so many people in the Midlands are in dire need of this lifesaving services.”
