Charlotte, N.C. (Tuesday, September 11, 2012)—David W. Brown, Jr. has joined the Charlotte office of McNair Law Firm, P.A. McNair is a full-service law firm serving businesses, government and individuals with eight offices in South Carolina, an office in Charlotte, North Carolina and an office in Lexington, Kentucky.
Dave focuses his practice on commercial real estate development and public-private partnerships. He is highly experienced in the acquisition, sale, and development of office, hotel, resort, residential and mixed-use projects, including bulk sales, assemblages, public facilities and complex development by developers and public agencies.
“We are very pleased Dave is joining our firm,” said Allan Singer, managing shareholder of McNair’s Charlotte Unit. “His transactional experience will augment our commitment to client service and expand our real estate practice into North Carolina.”
Dave was primarily responsible for the real estate documents for the Levine Center for the Arts in uptown Charlotte. He graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School and is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
