Chamber Announces Results of Bull Street Property Economic Impact Study

At 2 p.m. today, the Greater Columbia Chamber of Commerce held a press conference announcing the results of an economic impact study conducted by Miley & Associates, Inc. The development of the bull street property will have a tremendous impact on the greater Columbia metropolitan economy.


Economy: More than $1.2 Billion economic activity per year
 More than 11,000 on-going jobs when completed, more than 1,200 construction jobs
 More than $581 million in labor income
Property Taxes:
 More than $20 million/year for local government/school

The benefits will be generated from the construction phases, and the permanent on-going phase of the development project.
