Ronald McDonald House Charities of Columbia, SC is preparing for its largest annual fundraiser, A Fine Affair ~ Colored with Care.  This colorful cocktail party will take place at the DoubleTree Columbia from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Thursday, September 26th.  All proceeds benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities of Columbia, SC.

Ticket prices are as follows: $75/each or $125/couple. Ticket price includes entry to the event, food from 13 local restaurants/chefs, an open bar, live entertainment from LunaTrix Arts, live music by the Passages band, dancing and the opportunity to bid on our awesome silent auction, all while supporting a great cause!

This charity cocktail hour benefits Ronald McDonald House Charities of Columba, SC –which means the money raised at this event will directly go toward improving the lives, health and well being of children and their families in the area.

NAI AVANT FACILITATES COMPLEX LAND ASSEMBLAGE FOR PLANNED 450 LOT SUBDIVISION IN LEXINGTON, SC

NAI Avant broker Nick Stomski, SIOR, represented Harmon Investment Properties I, LLC, in the sale of 179 acres of land off Barr Road in Lexington, SC.  The buyer, Lexington Investment Group, LLC, closed on the first phase with intentions of developing a single family residential community.  In connection with the sale, Nick facilitated the assemblage of three additional parcels of land, totaling ±139 acres, also purchased by Lexington Investment Group, LLC.  The additional land assemblages were key components in the planning and development of the proposed single family residential development.  The acquisition process involved two readings and a public hearing with the Town of Lexington, along with the sale of approximately 11 acres by SCE&G which required a sealed bid and approval by SC Public Service Commission.

The planned development will have approximately 450 residential lots and amenities including a 60-acre lake, nature trails, recreational areas, and clubhouse.

NAI Avant Senior Investment Broker, Dail Longaker, recently represented the owner of 2 & 3 Southern Court in the sale of its approximately 22,000 square foot, multi-tenant medical office building in West Columbia.  Tenants at the property include Laboratory Corporation of America and Palmetto Spine & Sports Medicine.  The 84% occupied building was purchased by Joseph Penn, LLC, for $1,930,000.

Rob Lapin, NAI Avant broker, represented the purchaser in the office investment sale of 9 Calendar Court in Columbia, SC.  Mike Arnold purchased the ±4,200 SF office building for $425,000 from Morris Law Firm, represented by NAI Avant senior broker Beronica Whisnant.
